I run a small operation — no HR maze, no corporate ladder, just a real job and a real paycheck. Most days you'll be in the cab of a Kubota or on the ground with the rest of the crew, working across Crittenden County and the Memphis metro.

Role

Equipment Operator

Run mini excavators, skid steers, and tractor-loader backhoes on residential and commercial dirt work, grading, drainage, and land clearing jobs.

What We Need
  • 1+ years operating mini excavators or skid steers
  • Comfort with digging, trenching, and finish grading
  • Reliable transportation to the shop in West Memphis
  • Willing to learn — we'll train on our specific machines
Role

General Laborer /
Crew Member

Right hand on the ground — hand digging, shovel work, raking, helping the operator on site, keeping the job clean and moving. Where operators come from.

What We Need
  • Reliable, on time every day
  • Can lift, dig, and work outside in all conditions
  • Willing to learn the machines and grow into an operator role
  • No experience required — we'll train the right person
Role

Driver /
Hauling

Haul gravel, dirt, equipment, and materials between job sites around the Memphis metro. Drive dually and trailer combinations in and out of residential, farm, and commercial sites.

What We Need
  • Valid driver's license, clean MVR
  • Class A CDL preferred but not required for all roles
  • Comfort backing trailers into tight residential sites
  • Honest, dependable, and on time

  • Local Hauls Most jobs are inside Crittenden County or the Memphis metro. You're home every night — no out-of-state travel, no long overnights.
  • Weekly Pay Paid every week. Straightforward, on time, no chasing checks.
  • Learn the Trade Most operators on our crew started as laborers and learned the machines on the job. If you want to move up and run equipment, we'll teach you.
  • Grow With the Company The crew has grown over the years as we've taken on bigger commercial site prep. We promote from inside — operators, lead hands, and foremen all came up through the work.
  • Work With the Owner Jimmy is on every job. Questions get answered on the spot. Problems don't get passed up a chain — they get fixed.
